French Industrial Output Expected To Rise

The French statistical office INSEE is scheduled to release the industrial production data for January at 2.45 am ET on Wednesday.

Industrial output is forecast to rise to 0.1% on a monthly basis in January compared to a 0.1% drop in the preceding month. Meanwhile, manufacturing output is expected to increase 0.2%, after falling 0.8% in December.

Year-on-year, industrial output is expected to increase 1.7% in January, compared to the 2.3% fall in the previous month. Manufacturing output was down 2% in December.
